QSM URGENT SESSION Client Waiver & Agreement I understand that QSM Urgent Sessions are reserved for individuals experiencing extreme energetic interference that may place them at risk of mental, emotional, or physical harm. I acknowledge that this service is designed to provide immediate energetic stabilization, interference removal, and Spirit‑guided support. I enter this session willingly, with the understanding that: QSM is an intuitive, energetic, and spiritual modality and does not replace medical, psychological, or crisis‑response care. I am responsible for my own emotional, mental, and physical well‑being throughout and after the session. I will seek appropriate professional or emergency support if I am in danger, unable to ensure my own safety, or experiencing acute distress. The practitioner will consult with their Spirit Guide Team to confirm whether an urgent session is necessary. Confirmation does not constitute a diagnosis or guarantee of outcome. Once confirmed, the session will be scheduled as soon as possible, and I will receive immediate guidance to support stabilization until the session begins. All insights, impressions, and energetic adjustments offered are supportive in nature and may involve structural energetic mechanics, interference removal, and sovereignty restoration. I understand that urgent QSM sessions follow a continuous energetic protocol and cannot be paused or stopped once initiated. I agree to communicate honestly about my experience, comfort level, and any shifts I notice during or after the session. By signing below, I affirm that I have read and understood this agreement, and I consent to receive urgent energetic support through Quantum Soul Mechanics.
